Shop closed , with a sign on the door back in 30 minutes. Waited 30 minutes glad a member of staff had came but staff member turned up said she had finished her shift and locked the doors . The member of staff was rude and uncaring . It’s a stressful time when love ones are in hospital but to be spoken to and treated the way my son and I was made the visit worst to see my wife .
