Today I did order roasted chicken sandwich in BP Subway, Dover..they guy had forgot to roast it and gave it cold, despite I had asked him when he gave it to me..because I was on hurry (as cab driver), in a busy day, I did put it in side..I did notice it was ice cold so, I drove back to the subway when it became bite slow with the jobs..it was simply a mistake of the guy who had made that..when I went back there with the sandwich, there was a lady front of the disc..she was so bad and unrespectful to me, when I tried explaine here what has happened..she tried time and time accuse me for different thing among the being rude ..it really did not surprise me, because it is topical being blamed to rude, to change the subject away...but was surprised and disoponted facing such weird behavior, when just had wrong in order from staff ..she was so shutting instead of taking, and all the people was wondering...incident happened round 5pm, Tuseday, 09.07.2019..
