Very poor quality repair carried out on a pair of court shoes that needed the heel tips replaced. The shoes were actually damaged. The branch manager found it difficult to accept his poor workmanship and his attitude was inappropriate. Customer services refunded the cost of the repair and sent some vouchers. However I won’t be using this particular branch of Timpsons again.
