Dear Sir/ Madam, You recently reported an offence of shoplifting that occurred at New Look, 416-418,HOLLOWAY ROAD, LONDON,N7 6Q On 23/06/2015 at 10:24 Hrs. Our reference for the report is: CAD 2699/23JUN15 refers CRIS 2715407/15 I have reviewed this report and the only lead available to us at present is CCTV which is operated by yourselves - or on your behalf by a company employed by you. At the time of the report the Police Officers requested the CCTV footage Officer was made aware that there is a private CCTV coverage inside the store that has captured the incident. This has been reviewed by one of the staff at the store who has also burned off a copy onto a DVD. On checking the CCTV footage back at the police station the member of staff has only managed to copy footage from one of the cameras. Believe this is camera 4. There was another camera angle that showed a better description of the suspect however this does not appear to have been copied onto the disc correctly. The member of staff at the store has been contacted regarding this and advised. The footage is approximately 8 minutes ahead of real time. CCTV time for SUSP1 entry is 1032:35 and exit is 1032:44. Please can you burn a better image of the suspect face? Thank you. In order for me to continue my investigations you must review the CCTV to establish if a good, clear, facial image of the suspect is available. This is a seven day letter; please download it on to a suitable memory stick or CCTV. Once you have done this please phone 101 or Email me on the email address shown above quoting the CRIS reference shown.
