i visited your greenwich store yesturday thurs 7july in se7 to collect an online order which was great very quick service! but what id really like to say is how helpful and friendly the staff was, there was s lovely women working upstairs with long dark hair im gutted i didnt get her name i was in your store from 3pm -4pm so hope u can find out who it was. Her customer service skills were a credit to newlook she made me and my daughter feel so welcome and helped us out with my daughters shoes and a few more items my daughter wanted, its not often i visit shops and feel as welcome as i did in yours, id be greatful if you could pass my message on and let the relievent people no how brilliant she was! will only be using this new look store from now on! thankyou so much rebecca
