Today whilst shopping a lady told me off for not being a full 2m behind her at the checkout. I was perhaps 4’6” behind. As a law abiding citizen wearing a mask I complied. When moving forwards I noticed she was not masked and asked why. She said she was staff and did not need to. As I understand it, the girl on the checkout was protected by Perspex. This lady was not serving, just shopping so her reason was not valid. I tried to ask where my protection from her was, but she would not answer. So I think you need to instruct your staff more fully.
