    On Monday 17th June 2019 myself and my husband were in Pret A Manger in the departure lounge having a coffee when we lefted we went to the seating area we went to the gate and then realised we didn’t have our passports, they were missing we went to security to see if they had been handed in, we missed our flight so went home, later contacted Pret A Manger and they had them there and wouldn’t get any one from security to Announce over the tannoy to let us know they were there, they had our passports and boarding passes for nearly one hour before our flight but they told us they take them to lost property at the end of there working shift which was 10pm, so we lost our flight because of this and had to rebook for the next day and pick our passports up the next morning from lost property, very poor from the Management of Pret A Manger
