Hello, i went in to Paignton branch on Monday 06/006/2016, with a query on tinternet banking, the lady i saw went out the back to enquire about my problem. when she returned to me i had got my laptop out expecting to show some on my pc what the prob was.Much to my amazement, my query was answered. promptly.so i packed my things. when asked if i wanted n e else, i said yes i wanted someone to take a picture of me up against a lloyds sign as part of a spoof dare with my mates, to be used in a charity thing. it never occured 2 me the security aspect. i got a sharp and brusque reply.(oops quack quack ) she said no to my request as we were not there to take photographs (oops quack quack). she then appeared to have realised her mistake. she went out the back to have a word with a manager, came back and said someone would be out soon. Soon never came. after what appeared to be ages, i got up and walked out. I returned to my b&b to find my wi-fi mouse missing. The only place it could have been was @ the Bank. so i went in to the bank on Tuesday and there it was ! sorry to have caused a problem, but i am in near constant 4 the last 3&3/4 years with damaged nerve endings in my back and i cannot stand or walk far with the pain. I have saved up my benefits to go on holliday, 4 days into to it, my rear exhaust pipe fell off and was dragging on the ground. i crawled back to my digs ( in a quiet part of town) late 4 brecky, put all my badges and a note that i was waiting broked down and waiting for breakdown and that i was in the Rosemead where my car was and to knock the door or call or text me. when i went out to wait for the break down man i found a fixed penalty ticket, he had ignore my note and booke me. I am on holls and so far this has taken 2&1/2 days to sort out and 2 1/2 days of stress on holls. Thank you Paignton, the British Riviera. then i get terse treatment in the bank. sorry if i caused a prob. it was not my intention. Martin Fryatt
