    Bought the gorgeous fringe dress when back in the UK in December 2018 I used this dress when I’m performing wedding ceremonies, in the USA (I’m a Reverend) and it gets me so many compliments, however, I am so disappointed that it seems to ‘fray’ at the edges of the fringes and then unravels..(in several places) It’s NOT the quality I thought I was getting, or indeed paying for. I LOVE Phase Eight (in Saffron Walden, the ladies are lovely and helpful) and would really appreciate if I can get somebody to acknowledge my complaint. Has anybody else experienced this, with this dress? I’d really be interested in hearing how you got it resolved. Thanks in advance Joyce
