    If you are going in to the bank it is absolutely fine, sometimes a little slow due to inadequate numbers of staff but the staff they have on are great! However, this is not the reason I am doing a review! The reason is that I tried calling the bank directly, as one of the tellers had made a mistake, but I could only find an 0345 number, this took several minutes to answer, they then transferred me to the branch at Derrys cross, it was left to ring for several minutes and then I was cut straight off!! NOT HAPPY!! I think it is time to look for a new bank!!
