    My daughter comes up from London regularly. Our favourite haunt is Phase 8 Lincoln. Why? All the staff, without exception, make a shopping experience invaluable: approachability, knowledge of fashion, helpfulness, direction giving time to cogitate on purchases. Courtesy, with a good sense of humour, to help dorks like me make the right choices and hassle free. Staff take the time, they have the patience, tolerance and good grace to ensure the shopping experience is memorable. Just to say a big thank you to Phase 8 staff in Lincoln. Whilst you are irreplaceable, the fashions are in a league of their own too. We are very much looking forward to our next spree.
