Nobody minds the covid precautions, its common sense. What is not making sense is how +1 groups are given a table so a single person queues. No problem. So why are they so slow at service. Behind counter 1 could serve table queue and other the take outs, or sit people, take order, call them up to pay. Costa need to review this, staff will be following protocol so not their issue.
