So disappointed with the service , ordered a full eternity ring for my mothers birthday at the metro centre and was told it would be delivered to sunderland branch because would have to order her size , ordered this on 03/05/16 and was told it would be delivered on 05/05/16 .my mother called into the shop twice and was told it had not come in to shop on the third visit was given the same ring she had tried on at the metro centre , then was told they didnt do this ring in my mothers size .I am so disappointed with the service receive, my mother is not in the best of health but made the effort to visit the shop because it was a ring she loved and one she had been looking for, I would think twice on any purchase from Samuels.
