I would like to complain in a vigorous manner regarding the way I have been treated.Due to the branch in Wath being closed down I have to travel to Barnsley. A few months ago I came into the branch to arrange foe me to increase my withdrawal limit to £500,this was I was told done,now to day because I had a decorator to pay I was humiliated when I went into my local post office only to be informed that my limit was still only £300. I wish to know when I have several investment in HSBC and I have been a customer for 63 years how can be treated this way.You as a bank I have been given to understand will give £150 to any new customer that is part of my money invested but you pay a poutry sum on the investments on my current account and saving account.I would you hope you will take my complaint seriously as I am contemplating changing my bank which I am reluctant to do for at 78 yrs old it is something I will take not on likely Yours Mr E C Brooke.
