Can’t be trusted to deliver all of your order although an email advises it will be and all the paperwork supports this. You get charged for goods you haven’t received and worse still if required for a catering event you have to spend time going back to the c and c to retrieve your food or going elsewhere. This has happened twice in 6 months now with frozen food -once when I was on holiday.
