    I have been a customer of Laura Ashley for a number of years but I will not shop there again after my experience at the Weald Road, Brentwood store. I purchased a leather bag that started to peel after two uses. I took it back to the store expecting my issue to be handled professionally. Unfortunately all three staff in the store were rude and initially ignored me when I went up to the counter. They would not replace the bag either. Bad quality products for the price. Avoid.
