Was very concerned that a group of young women were in the store without face coverings. They were very noticeable as they were noisy. We approached a member of staff and enquired why they were not asked to cover their faces and were told staff are not allowed to do so. WHAT??? Surely government guidelines apply in all your stores. Very disappointing.
