Just want to compliment the staff at this branch. Without fail they are always polite, efficient and go above and beyond to help. Today a member of staff called “ De” served me and couldn’t have been a better advert for your companies high standards. Please pass my thanks on, I feel it’s very important especially in these challenging times. Without people turning up for work where would we all be. Warmest wishes, stay safe and thank you. Ps I tried to find how to send compliment about branch to head office but they make it easy to complain but not to compliment. May be worth saying “ complain/compliment.
