We visited the Norton Canes site today at approximately 2.30pm, mindful of the recommended social distancing, we placed our order, paying by card, and then stood well away to one side to await our order. We were concerned that a member of your staff, working in the public area decided to strike up conversation with us. We took two steps back but he did not take the hint and continued to step forward. Perhaps we should have reminded him about the social distancing, but this is still new to us. The member of staff told us about the snood he was wearing, constantly touching his face and the snood, which he wore over his beard only, his moustache was uncovered. This member of staff then went behind the counter to help serve customers, we did not see him wash his hands. I think perhaps some staff need reminding about current guidelines regarding contact and most importantly hand hygiene, which for anyone in the food industry should be no different to any other time. McDonalds are doing a great job staying open and looking after emergency services, it would be a shame if they have to close due to staff not adhering to guidelines. Thank you.
