    Had to wait for 25 min to be informed that I could not get a statement dating back to 1st November and that I would have to wait in the other Que, one member of staff on when the Que was back to the main doors. The branch is getting worse.

    Website gives outdated information re hours of opening and telephone number. Had to wait 10 minutes on Direct Banking number to get a human who advised current opening hours are 10.00 to 15.00.
