  The telephone service is abysmal, twice I was hanging on for more than 10 minutes the 1st time and then again 0ver 12 minutes the 2nd time ...... with the same message played over and over ..... there is not even an e-mail contact address where I could ask my question .......very bad service.

  The service in the Falkirk branch is absolutely terrible. The Staff are not nice. Gone are the days when a customer was treated with respect. I was told by a member of staff today that if I wasn’t happy I could go and that was said when I had turned away from her. Then ,wait for it ,they didn’t have any Euros in stock. Maybe they are getting ready for Brexit. This is the second time in approx 4 weeks that I have had terrible service if you could even call it service

  Had a terrible situation of being held in a queue for ages. waiting on someone to answer my queery. But waited as long as I Could before seing is there was some other way to contact. None found....?

  The waiting time just now is unacceptable. The girl who was on yesterday at the door never cracked a smile. When I eventually got in the cashier was very rude to me. She twice raised her voice which should not be allowed when dealing with the public. This was on fri 17th April. The service was terrible all round I always have to wait in this bank as they are so slow at serving. I certainly would not use this bank for my personal financies and only use it for business
