    My wife and I called into RBS in St Andrews this morning to open a current account. Our experience was dreadful. I fully understand that my wife did not have her driving licence to confirm our new address, we both however had passports, confirmation of address and other relevant personal documents. Your representative Andrew was not a good ambassador for or a good representative of RBS. He had no sense of customer care, failed to offer any solutions or proposals to move forward. His only interest appeared to be ticking boxes on his desktop. RBS should be better than this. Andrew had zero empathy and really no interest in welcoming us as new customers to RBS When left RBS we crossed the road to one of your competitors who was professional, courteous, motivated and a pleasure deal with.......precisely the service delivery & experience I expected at RBS. A really disappointing experience.
