I visited your cafe in the Stirling store, with a friend and wish to complaint about the unacceptable service we received from the one and only member of your staff available to attend to customers. She was unwelcoming, once she appeared from an out if site area. She proceeded to give us some instructions on how to get our order, asked us to fill in a form and mentioned we would not be served until we had done so! One of us was instructed to go to the counter for our food and drink and we both attended to the ‘serve yourself’ coffee. We had trouble locating some knives and wandered around looking for some. During this time we were told we must not get up from the table. I got some attention when I told you staff member that we needed some knives! She then brought them over to us in an unprofessional manner. I can only assume that she had not gone through an adequate training session with you and I got the impression that she had been ‘thrown in the deep end’ and that it was not really her fault. I can say at this time that I have no wish to visit your premisses again in the near future. I have never complained about this sirt if customer service before but felt that I could not let this pass without comment Regards
