Very poor customer service. Since lockdown Every week I come home after shopping at Morrison’s feeling upset and let down by the staff working at the Parkgate store. Their behaviour is bullying and dictatorial (I call the staff “little hitlers”) I need help with putting my groceries on the conveyer belt so I go shopping with my friend or husband and every time they are told to walk away from me and wait while I see to my shopping alone. I tell the staff I need them with me but it falls on deaf ears. They simply repeat themselves. The staff appear to have no common sense they can see we’re from the same household because we are together yet they think by separating us we are safeguarding ourselves. I will not be visiting this store again simply because of the attitude of the staff.
