Horrible rude and disrespectful staff. They give you no opportunity to talk or explain anything. A colleague called Natt I found to be very rude and unprofessional along with the lady who served me (I didn’t catch her name) she then proceeded to tell me if I’m having my first pregnancy then I’ll loose the baby weight and fit into the outfit I was trying to return but if it’s my second then I will not lose the weight.. I then explained this was my second pregnancy and her answer was to give it to a friend who would fit in it. -

Very friendly and helpful staff but everything in my size sold out. Store full of S & XS sizes . I now buy in Central London where stores open till 10 pm , try at home and return if needed to Watford store where I can never find same clothes or sizes like those in Central London stores . Please increase opening hours and bigger sizes more than XS sizes for all your stores .
