Shopped at Brookfield Centre on A10 on Sunday 18th August at around 2pm. Used the M&S Cafe with my sister. My review is to praise one member of the Cafe staff in particular. This young man went out of his way to find salt and ketchup before our order was served, and with genuine politeness. There was a problem with our original order - not a big deal - however it meant one of us went without the sandwich we had ordered. Again this young man (Mo or Mohammed) dealt with me with patience and efficiency and the matter was resolved quickly. Marks & Spencer needs young people like Mohammed- he is management material for the future. Please don’t lose your genuine gift of communication with customers Mohammed or your friendly approach to the public - thank you for doing a really good job on Sunday.
