  I took my mum who is 83 years of age to the bootle strand branch,we normally go to the Knowsley road one every week but myself had a bit of banking to do,whilst my mum was getting served I waited at the door with my sister,when mum came over to us after being served she was in a terrible state,the lady behind the counter who served her had upset her in a terrible manor,my mum who has a terminal illness,cops and emphysema had took a coughing fit struggling to get her handkerchief out of her bag whilst shaking was told my the lady to cover her mouth shes passing all her germs onto her,so myself and sister went to speak to the lady I informed her I work in retail for a big company and would have never had spoken to anybody in that way,on asking to speak to the manager the lady told me she was the manager,I asked her for a complaints number which on numerous occasions cannot her through,my self my mum and sister walked over to the strand offices to complain about her to be told were the 4th person in a matter of a week to call in and complain about the same lady,this lady needs to get trained again on customer care I’ve spoken to a few members of my family and friends who have actually stopped using that post office,we will never attend there again and I hope this email is read by the Manager over the lady and inform her of the upset she caused my mum and if possible could reply to let me no if she had been seen about it.Thank You
