Absolutely disgracefull home delivery man turned up with plain bags open and not in a crate with only half my order then when he did bring my frozen stuff it was already defrosted I rung icelands and could not get through so had to ring the main customer services line which said they would e mail the shop and get back to me to which they didnt so re rung the store and they said that they would replace the defrosted stuff and deliver to me which they didnt personally would not recomend doing online shopping with them
