At 13.55 I was waiting to pay for loaf of bread - with correct money when 5p slipped from my hand and as belt moved it slid under the metal rim. I explained this to ‘Alina’ who spoke to me like a school child saying “well next time don’t put any money on the belt!” I politely explained again that it had slipped from my hand and she just went tsk tsk tsk. I felt quite humiliated.
