Terrible customer service by staff member name Nicole at your Fallowfield, Birchfields Road, branch in Manchester. I went today at around 5pm and she was openly admitting she was hungover and then hiding Pringles under the counter and eating them whilst serving people on the tills. My wife went yesterday 9/05/18 and the same staff member was on her mobile whilst serving customers. You really need to have stern words with her as she is quite rude too. Not a single smile just rude and bad attitude and no eye contact what so ever. It’s a shame Sainsbury’s closed next door.
