I am a regular shopper at your Walton on thames store. Today I was surprised to see you had removed the small baskets and replaced them with larger ones on wheels. I need a shopping trolley to shop and found it impossible to shop with the new trolley and my shopping trolley. I live in a large block of flats nearby, several of the residents use your store and some have shoppers like myself. Also I found it quite difficult to lift the new baskets to check out on the self checkout. Could you please have some of the smaller baskets for us older customers. Thank you. Could I also ask you to remove details on line for the church street branch. This shop is now a m and s store.
