I was in your store today doing my usual mini shop I have been a loyal Liddell costumer since you opened in Accrington after your closure for remodel today I was making my way to the newspaper stand dropped my keys as one of your store assistants was passing with a pallet truck I said excuse me meaning to ask him if he could pick my keys up for me as it was my first day out of hospital he then turned on me and this is what he said in a nasty and aggressive way you don’t need to speak to me like that I was nowhere near you with the truck I tried to tell him I just wanted to ask him if he could pick my keys for me I couldn’t get them myself as I had operation I do believe his name is Ross I will not be confident to shop in your store again I’ve never had any problems with your staff always found them polite and helpful kind regards Jude knight
