I’ve just started shopping at Liddell’s over the last three weeks. I think the staff are fast at the tills and friendly. I have recommended Littles to 2 of my friends who are now shopping there as well and are happy with it . -

Well Lidl at Blackwater have reopen and guess what, they are as slow as ever at the tills. I have seen customers leave their shopping and walk out because the queues are so slow. Why are there seven tills but only two or three in use. I have heard no end of grumblings of people in the queues. Look at it another way, all the foos baskets/trollys left with perishable foods are costing YOU money. We only use Lidl as a last resort now due to their slowness. Come on Lidl get out of the dark ages your customer satisfaction must be at rock bottom.
