I have just had a worrying moment entering the Portlethen Store. As I went in the one way enter door I literally bumped into the assistant manager EXITING the store. I am 73 and social distancing is important to me . I tried to phone store but no one taking calls!! -

Last week’s order was missing an item, an item was gained - returned via the driver & one item the packaging damaged! This wasn’t noticed until later. On investigation one end of the outer box had been damaged, resulting in a broken plastic tray within, which contained food items. I will be returning the packaging to you - the outer box (an Asda product) is very flimsy compared to other companies!! The driver explained there was problems with staffing. This week there was 8 items missing!! It was reckoned to have been the fault of ‘the pickers’. Are the orders never checked before they are despatched? It’s the drivers who are left to take the flack from the customers & they do have my sympathy. This is a second-class slip shod service being provided by your company. When will it improve, as Asda once had a good reputation, as a provider of a good quality products & service - alas no longer!
