    Never in my life have a ever been served like that. The older lady with with shoulder length hair who was behind the till was so rude. She made me feel terribly embarrassed.. other customers came to me outside the shop and informed me this is her manner normally. I will not be coming back into the shop ever and have been told she has lost a lot of customers with her un welcoming rude and miserable way. She is obviously very unhappy in her job as this clearly shows. I have never complained in my life before but I feel so angry about this
