This refers to the main Cambridge branch Hauxton Road. Why on a Saturday,at 9am.is there so many empty spaces on the shelves across all sections.Only 5tills open with queues 5deep.No management to be seen. How sad for a premier company. This is not an isolated incident but the experience is wearing a bit thin!

Very surprised and annoyed to get a Parking Charge Notice from Britannia Parking after a big shop at Waitrose, Hauxton Rd, on 31.10.19. It seems the longer you take/the more you spend, the more likely you are to fall foul of this extra £40 (£70) charge. Absurd.
