    Purchased for the first time today Waitrose fish pie.very disappointed, the major component seemed to be potato. I had three rather chewy prawns and very few pieces of fish. I will not be buying it again. I will add on the whole I like to shop at Waitrose.

    For the second year running I have been fined for an overstay in your car park at Christmas. This is a disgrace when I am a regular good customer with a disabled husband and was queuing for much of the time. Unless you change this ridiculous policy I shall not be shopping with you again . Obviously customers need more time to shop at Christmas and I have all the time I need at other stores.

    Waitrose Godalming is well stocked with very polite and helpful staff. However, there is one big draw back - the parking limit which was REDUUCED a couple of years age. I have been a Waitrose customer well before they opened the present store but there is never enough time. To get your shop done there is never time for a cup of coffee or to browse the shelves with ease. I only get over once a week and do a large shop but need longeR, AS DO MOST PEOPLE I HAVESPOKEN TO Please extend the free parking by giving us back the 1/2 hour you took off and extend this at Christmas when there are long queues. Thank you for taking the time to read this diatribe!!! Regards ANNE
