I must say the help I had from the two ladies on customer service today was excellent. I had ordered a parcel from John Lewis which I should have received last week but it didn’t arrive, I was told by J/L today that it was at the branch but hadn’t been scanned in but they couldn’t find my parcel. So they phoned John Lewis And after a long difficult phone call they managed to sort it out for me. I just want to say a big thank to Tracy & Nicki for there excellent customer service what a credit you are to our Uckfield store
