I would just like to praise the staff at Cherry Tree Lane Store dealing with the breakdown of the chip and pin service. The gentleman that dealt with me did his upmost to get my products through a till and paid for. Well done!!!! -

I would like to complain about a server at the till , as I am on furlough at the moment I recieved school vouchers to the total of £90 .. I spent £140 and was asked by the woman at the checkout why I was buying plants for my kids as it isn’t going to help them ! Which is extremely ignorant and rude .. i could maybe understand if I was trying to buy alcohol or cigarettes ? But even still I used £50 of my own money and I am entitled to buy what I want .. not be humiliated at the counter for buying a few plants , I made a complaint at customer service desk but had to leave before I could take it to further management and I was much to angry to come across politely at all ! I think you staff need retraining and told that people can buy what they want with their own money , and I have no way took advantage of financial help that I’ve paid taxes while working to receive !
