  I visited the Shrewsbury branch on Tuesday 8th October, my work colleague & 2 ladies we support we used the cafe & I would like to thank the young man Brendan who was working that evening,he was very polite,caring & spoke to the ladies lovely.Its so encouraging to have young people like him not look down on people with disabilities,so thank you so much Brendan Please pass this into him.

  Well my daughter and I shopped at Tesco Harlescott this morning bought 2 loaves dated 23 RD NOVEMBER. Disgusted isn’t the right word ..? Both had same bread

  As we are both mid 80s we have had delivery from Tesco in past. Now there are problems we can’t get a slot. Where is the help you are claiming to give?

  I am pleased to see that customers are behaving really well and following the government guidelines on the 2metre distancing rules. However it angers me greatly to see that your staff do not observe the same rules. On three separate occasions recently I have noticed a group of three and sometimes four members of staff huddled around a small discounting trolley laughing and joking together in a shoulder to shoulder proximity. On my last visit I was horrified to see two young girls filling the fruit stands giggling together and then physically high fived eachother. There are very strict guidelines in place to protect people and your staff are clearly not observing these and are flouting the rules without any regard. Horrified at what I have seen and very angry that this behaviour was not on a single isolated occurrence

  Just wanted to say how well the system is working in your store in Shrewsbury.The staff are always pleasant and helpful even though they must be under increased pressure at this time .As a store you are continuing to make changes to improve the health and safety of your staff and customers. Well done .and continue the good work .

  Today I bought a bottle of Corbieres Castelmaure French red wine . It is by far the worst wine I have tasted for many years, leaving a horrible after taste. Undrinkable and not fit for sale.
